Considering Purchasing New or Used Wadia Digital Products?

Wadia Digital distributes our products through a worldwide network of exclusive distributors, and approved specialist dealers.  Wadia provides a manufacturer’s warranty only for Wadia products soldthrough approved distributors or dealers.   

Genuine Wadia products are designed and built to exceed our obsessively demanding specifications.  They are more expensive than many other audio products because of the very specialized nature of the design and manufacturing requirements.  If a new Wadia product price is substantially different from the published price in your country, be careful.  Abnormally low prices likely means the product is not sold through an authorized Wadia partner.  For everyone’s piece of mind, our warranty is only valid when the product is purchased through an authorized Wadia partner.

Valuable information for our international customers:
•  Wadia Digital’s factory warranty is only valid in the country of sale, and only from authorized Wadia Digital agents or their specialist retailers. 

•  Wadia Digital products are built with voltage specific transformers.  Changing voltage configurations will void the warranty. If your unit requires a transformer modification, please contact the authorized agent or retailer in the country of sale.

 • Wadia Digital distributors are not required to provide warranty service, product repair or change AC mains voltage on units that they did not originally import and sell.  Wadia Digital distributors may choose to offer such services at their discretion for a fair and reasonable fee.  Contact the official Wadia partner in your country for details about their warranty coverage options.
